My tiles are 1.25" tall, just a hair taller than the traditional American white tiles. If the tray were about 1/16" wider, my tiles would fit. A friend who has the same tiles as me purchased these trays. Her trays fit the tiles. Hmm...The lid is slightly short. When I pressed down to snap the lid into place, it cracked.Very frustrating for trays that are expensive at $10 each for something so simple.

I was looking for a way to keep tiles more organized in a soft MJ bag, and these were perfect. The bag I had already had wrappers that fit around the tile holders, so the tiles are kept safe and neat for travel.

Nice trays with lids to hold Mahjongg tiles for travel. Hard to find in any store. Flea market no longer sells this item. Works nicely for the tiles.

Tray seems sturdy and fit all the tiles. Tray cover is very loose and seems somewhat flimsy.
