Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods

We ship through major carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other qualified delivery providers.

Shipping carriers are selected based on package size, weight, destination, and service availability.

We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery times within the United States are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (when available)

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping service.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to modify the shipping address.

NARATI is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation when appropriate.

However, NARATI is not responsible for carrier transit delays that occur after the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Delivered Packages

Orders marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.

NARATI is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Customers are encouraged to ship orders to secure locations and monitor tracking information closely.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the shipping box
• Photos of the packaging materials
• Photos of the shipping label

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or prevent claim resolution.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

NARATI is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by customs authorities.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned due to:

• Incorrect addresses
• Refused delivery
• Failure to claim the package
• Other customer-related delivery issues

may be subject to return shipping charges, carrier fees, and applicable restocking fees, which may be deducted from any refund.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse shipment to certain locations, addresses, regions, or countries at our sole discretion.
