At Narati, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return subject to the following terms and conditions.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received
• Include all original accessories, parts, manuals, and packaging
• Be returned in the original shipping box or equivalent protective packaging
• Be free from damage caused by misuse, improper handling, assembly, alteration, or customer modification
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged
• The item is defective
• The wrong item was received

If a return is approved due to our error, we will provide instructions for the return process.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of:

• The item
• The shipping box
• The packaging materials
• The shipping label (if applicable)

We will review the claim and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Clearance, closeout, discounted, or final sale items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Perishable goods

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

Partial Refunds

Items returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, missing accessories, missing tiles, missing racks, missing pushers, missing dice, missing betting coins, missing carrying bags, missing manuals, or not in their original condition may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Returned items with missing components, missing packaging, damaged packaging, signs of use, excessive wear, odors, stains, scratches, or any condition that reduces the item's resale value may receive a reduced refund based on the condition of the returned item.

Returns that are incomplete, improperly packaged, or received in a condition different from that originally shipped may also be subject to a reduced refund.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders refused by the customer or returned as undeliverable may be subject to return shipping charges, carrier fees, and applicable restocking fees, which may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Fraud Prevention

Narati reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the return policy, excessive return activity, or returns that do not comply with the requirements outlined in this policy.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item may result in a reduced refund.
